Ste and Sion had spent 2 weeks basically sleeping, eating and drinking in Sion's tent and at the "Bal disco". They were flying back to Stanstead airport from La Rochelle. They arrived at the airport in Paul's 4x4 Ste with a massive case and Sion with a tiny rucksack. To stop the French charging Ste for his excess luggage he moved some of his clothes into Sion's rucksack. As they flew off (Ryan air) we realised Sion had left his top in Paul and Ann's car. It took just over an hour to get to Stanstead and another 6 hours to get to Runcorn (Sion's house). All the time we were getting messages from Ste and Sion to update us on what was happening.At one point they had to get off the train and board a "stiggy coach" to travel from Crewe. We were also informed by Ste that the train had stopped because there was a moose on the line.This was Ste all over making light of a heavy situation. Ste will never be replaced as my other son, I loved him just as much and miss him loads Shirley (Sion's mum)
