I remember a few years ago when me and Stephen were on the beach in France on one of our amazing holidays. Stephen and me were in the sea with our body boards, and there was a big wave coming in and I shouted to Stephen " big wave " and he turned to me and waved at me with both hands above his head as the wave struck him sending him flying.
